Technology should solve problems, not create new ones.
AI can write code. Someone still has to understand it.
Almost anyone can produce a website quickly with AI now. That is useful, and I use these tools myself. The difference shows up afterwards: whether the code can be maintained, whether the page loads properly, whether people can actually use it, and whether someone is there when something breaks.
I can read generated code, check it, and rework it. Where that is the better path, I write it myself.

Short answers on cost, timeline, maintenance and region – so you can quickly see if we are a fit.
What is included in Basic (from €500), and what is not?
Included: one-page structure, contact form, basic SEO, responsive design, plus Maps and social links. Not included: hosting, domain, and texts/images – you provide those.
How long until my website goes live?
A one-pager is often live within a few weeks once texts and images are ready. Larger Business or Custom projects need more coordination; the timeline is confirmed in the proposal.
Can I maintain the website myself later?
Yes. The Business package includes a CMS and a short training session (about 1–2 hours). For Custom projects, maintenance is set up to match your needs.
Do you handle hosting, domain and maintenance?
Hosting and domain are not included in package prices. Maintenance, updates and support for existing sites are available via Custom (from €50/h) or an agreed retainer.
Do you also speed up existing WordPress sites (Core Web Vitals)?
Yes. I review load time and technical debt, prioritize levers like images, caching and unused JavaScript, and ship measurable improvements – as a one-off optimization or ongoing support.
Do you work outside the Wendland region?
Yes. I am based in Lüchow (Wendland) and available in person across Lüchow-Dannenberg. Projects anywhere in Germany are handled remotely.
